Tourist Visa

The Single Entry E-Visa grants entry into Indonesia for tourism and is processed entirely online, obviating the need to visit a consulate.

Key Information:

• Validity: The visa remains valid for 60 days from the date of entry, with the option of two extensions of 60 days each.
• Extension Fees: A standard extension costs 2,500,000 IDR (~$165).
  Special rates apply under certain conditions: 2,700,000 IDR for extensions filed in less than 10 working days.
• Child Applicants: The visa terms are consistent for both adults and children.
• Single-Use: The visa is annulled upon departure from Indonesia.

Required Documents:

• A scanned copy of the primary page of your passport, which must be valid for a minimum of six months at the time of application.
• A color photograph, identical to your passport photo, preferably set against a red or blue backdrop.

Visa Packages:

• Visa Only: 2,500,000 IDR (~$160) with a processing time of 7-10 business days. Includes the eVisa and all requisite document submissions.
• Visa + Bank Account: 3,200,000 IDR (~$210), also processed in 7-10 business days. This package includes visa processing and assistance in opening a bank account with Maybank.
  • Note: While we offer assistance in bank account opening, we cannot guarantee the service if the banks change their conditions or foreigner requirements. An additional 500,000 IDR fee applies for OCBC accounts.
• Urgent Visa: 4,500,000 IDR (~$300), with a faster processing time of 3-5 business days. The package includes eVisa issuance and submission of all necessary documentation. Child applications have the same terms and fees.

Application Process:

1. Complete the online application form, providing:
   • Phone number
   • Email for electronic visa delivery
   • Full name as it appears in your passport
   • Passport scan (main page)
   • Color photo (red or blue backdrop)
2. Upon submission, a contract will be formulated by our legal department. An invoice corresponding to your selected package will be forwarded for payment.
3. Payment confirmation activates the processing of your application by our team.
4. All requisite fees, including consular and administrative charges, will be covered.
5. Upon completion, you will receive an email notification, and the eVisa will be accessible in your personal account.
