Business Visa (single entry)

This visa, designed for business negotiations, is obtainable without needing to visit the Consulate or submit extra business paperwork. Our company, Foxy Visa, will sponsor you and manage the entire process of preparing a comprehensive set of documents to secure your electronic visa (E-visa).

Key Details

• The visa remains valid for 60 days post-entry, with an option to extend twice, each for an additional 60 days.
• Document preparation fees for the visa vary based on the urgency of the application;
• Children are subject to identical visa conditions as adults;
• This is a single-entry visa, which becomes void once you leave Indonesia.

Documentation Required for Visa Application

• A photograph of your passport’s main page, which must be valid for at least 6 months from the time of application submission. This includes the page with your photo and name;
• A personal color photograph, similar to the one in your passport, preferably against a red or blue backdrop.

Procedure to Obtain a Visa

1. You must provide your personal information to us for contract signing and visa acquisition purposes:
   • Phone number;
   • Email address, where the electronic visa will be sent;
   • Full name as it appears in your passport;
   • A photograph of your passport’s main page.
2. Enter into a contract with our company, Foxy Visa. An invoice for payment will be issued, depending on the package you select.
3. Upon receipt of your payment, our legal department will commence the document processing.
4. We will cover the consular fee and all administrative charges.
5. Once your E-visa is ready, we will notify you and dispatch the documents in your preferred format.

Service Fees:

Basic Package – 4,600,000 IDR – 320 USD (inclusive of taxes and fees) 7-10 working days

Standard Package – 5,100,000 IDR – 355 USD (inclusive of taxes and fees) 3-5 working days
