Foxy Visa offers the Second Home Visa, a temporary residence permit in Indonesia valid for 5 to 10 years. This visa does not permit employment and is initially issued for 5 years with an option to extend for another 5.
Primary Requirements
Applicants must have either:
- A minimum of $130,000 in an Indonesian state bank account.
- Real estate in Indonesia valued at least $1,000,000 with Hak Pakai (right to use) status.
Funds in the account can be utilized during the visa’s validity, but immigration authorities may request proof of the required balance at any time. Failure to demonstrate the necessary funds can lead to visa cancellation, including for family members.
Real estate must be under Hak Pakai. Lease agreements or other forms of rental rights are not acceptable.
Required Documents for Visa Application
- Passport valid for at least 36 months.
- Bank statement in English with a minimum balance of $130,000 plus a written commitment to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 2 billion in an Indonesian state bank (BNI, Mandiri).
- Or, proof of ownership of real estate worth at least $1,000,000 with Hak Pakai status.
- 4x6cm photo on a white background.

Procedure Upon Arrival in Indonesia
- Pass through passport control in the special ITAS section for Second Home visa holders.
- Undergo photographing and receive the ITAS.
- The passport will be stamped, indicating the need to provide proof of funds/property within 90 days.
Compliance Evidence Requirements within 90 Days
- Bank statements from an Indonesian State Bank (BNI, Mandiri) showing at least $130,000 or its equivalent.
- Proof of real estate ownership with a Hak Pakai agreement valued at minimum $1,000,000. Failure to provide required proof within 90 days results in ITAS cancellation.
